1.5L Medium to full bodied red wine
300g Simon’s Marmalade
5cm Cinnamon Stick
2 tub Ground ginger
120ml Simon’s Marmalade Gin Liqueur
Stick the cloves into the orange peel and cut the orange into quarters. Place all the ingredients in a pan. Apply heat and stir to ensure the marmalade and other ingredients are evenly distributed / dissolved. Make sure it does not boil – keep at a temperature that slight whiffs of steam emanate from the pan for about 20 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve prior to serving.
