DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery
We can deliver to your home or work address, as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability if quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Deliveries shall be deemed successful if postal couriers have proof of delivery.

We will always do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Orders received on one day will be collected by the postal courier the next working day.  If your order is time specific please do contact us prior to ordering. We might experience delays due to high order numbers particularly in late December, if we are aware of any delays we will endeavour to let you know. If goods fail to arrive after 30 days from date of order, please notify us on . We do our best to secure delivery within 30 days of the date of your order, but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Delivery charges are dependant on the total weight of the order which is calculated at checkout.  Delivery charges and options are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48:  < 2kg £4.00; 2 – 10kg £7.95 – Anywhere in the UK 

Royal Mail Tracked 24:  < 2kg £5.50; 2 – 10kg £8.95 – Anywhere in the UK

Orders over £75 delivery free of charge

Royal Mail 48 be delivered within 3 days of despatch for the UK mainland and 5 days for UK islands including Isle of Man and Channel Islands.*

Royal Mail 24 be delivered within 2 days of despatch for the UK mainland and 4 days for UK islands including Isle of Man and Channel Islands.*

* These times are aims not guarantees.

In the event that the order is returned to us by the courier or otherwise due to non-delivery, Simon’s Table Ltd gives the purchaser the option of resending the purchase at the purchaser’s expense or refunding the purchase less the cost of postage and packing. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International Delivery
We do offer international delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. When you receive your package please check carefully and notify us, within 2 days, if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away on  sending photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Purchasers may cancel the order by informing Simon’s Table Ltd within 7 days of receiving their order. Please return it to us unopened sealed and in original condition and within 7 days of the date cancelled, for a refund. The return shipping is to be paid by the customer, and we are unable to refund you for your the original delivery charge.

We are not able to refund any taxes or administration fees incurred in connection with the delivery or return of the Product.

Liability for loss or damage during transit is also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Simon’s Table Ltd will refund the purchaser within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned item(s), to the credit/debit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.
