In the early days of Simon’s Table we made a marmalade shortbread, which proved popular, but starting up a new business, we had to concentrate on a few products to make sure they worked. On the back of the success we have had with Simon’s Shortbread, including the 1 star Great Taste Award, we have now re- launched the marmalade shortbread as Simon’s Marmalade Shortbread. It is a melt in the mouth shortbread with a hint of marmalade, unless you get a piece of peel, then the flavour pours through. Whilst all this shortbread has my name on it, as I often tell customers, all the credit goes to Nicola as she is the shortbread specialist. It will be available from our stockists as soon as we can get stock to them and also online when our website shop is updated.
